Full and incremental Sync, schedules, and manual runs
A Sync job can run on a schedule or be started manually. A full run checks the connector's authoritative data. An incremental run uses the connector's incremental behavior when the job supports it.
Set the first schedule
Open Admin > Sync and choose Create job. Select the integration and entity. Under Authoritative schedule, choose a Cadence: every 6 hours, daily, weekly, or monthly. Then create the job.
You choose how often a schedule runs, not the time of day. Owlie picks the exact time within each period so sync load spreads evenly. Jobs on the same integration share that time. The job shows its next run.
Add an incremental schedule
If the connector supports incremental Sync, open the existing job and configure its incremental schedule. Incremental schedules offer the same cadences plus Hourly, which requires a plan that includes hourly Sync. Full runs never run hourly.
If your plan later stops including hourly Sync, the saved hourly schedule is kept but runs every 6 hours until hourly Sync is available again.
Manual runs start when you request them. They do not change the saved full or incremental schedule.
